Our commitment is to ensure increase of 40% women in leadership positions by 2040.

A fair & safe workplace demonstrates KWAL commitment to care for employees. We believe paying a fair wage is a first and practical step to help break the cycle of poverty and support economic inclusion. We prioritise Health and Safety as part of our ways of working. Our aim is to significantly reduce the severity of incidents in our operations and to do our utmost to ensure that our colleagues and contractors return home safely to their families at the end of the day. Our goal is to shape a leading safety culture to drive zero fatal accidents and continue reduction in injury rate. To prevent serious and fatal incidents; we comply with HEINEKEN Life Saving Commitments, and we undertake Mandatory HEINEKEN Life Saving Commitment training for all people managers and all employees.
